The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, being on par with other 4-star hotels. the breakfast was really enjoyable and the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and easy access to transportation options.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The Taqsim square and Beyoglu were just a short distance away, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provided a shuttle service for airport transportation, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities such as a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the view. I also appreciated the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped business center and a leisure area with a TV room. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

The noise levels in the rooms are quite high due to lack of soundproofing which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the comfortable mattresses and the good Wi, Fi signal throughout the hotel. the hotel was situated in a friendly neighborhood with a supermarket and restaurants just downstairs, which made it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or essentials. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, making check, in and check, out a breeze.

There were several aspects of the hotel that left me disappointed. the room was smaller than expected, and there was a large gap under the door that allowed for noise to seep in from the hallway.
